We have a passion that has been passed down in our family for more than a century for raising great beef.

Today our cattle graze our 1400-acre ranch, enjoying the native grasses and the cool waters of Cherokee Creek where cattle have roamed since it was established by land grant in the mid 1800’s.

We began developing our current herd using Angus cattle and Hereford bulls in 2002 to create beef with distinctive marbling and taste. This combination has proven to thrive in our Texas climate while developing and producing an excellent product. Our herd replacements are raised right here on our ranch to give us continuity and control over the genetics and raise consistently superior beef. Our manager and I “hand pick” each animal that we’ll make available to give you the “best of the best” in beef quality.

We have always believed that well cared for land is good for the cattle and well cared for cattle are good for the land. This is a symbiosis that has been true for generations of cattle raising. We follow good land management and grazing practices and also produce the hay for our cattle right here on the ranch. All of this helps produce a superior product in a sustainable way that ultimately benefits our customers.
