Ready To Get Started?

We sell our beef by the 1/4 or 1/2 beef, as well as in 30lb or 50lb boxes. In general, 1/4 beef is approximately 100lbs and 1/2 beef is approximately 200lbs. However, your final purchase price is determined by your animal’s finished weight, which will be available once processing of your order is complete.

Deposits are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you would like a particular processing date, please contact us directly to see if this is available.

How You Will Pick Your 1/4 and 1/2 Beef Package Cuts

Thirty days before your order is ready, we will provide you with a cut sheet to make your selections for steak, ground beef, roast, and other meat options. Our price per pound will include basic processing.

If you choose additional options like pre-made ground beef patties, marinated cuts or other, more expensive options, this cost will be added to your total and you will be informed prior to processing.

For Our 30 and 50lb Boxes

If your needs or freezer space are smaller than 1/4 or 1/2 beef size no problem! We also offer 30lb and 50lb boxes with a selection of Steak, Ground Beef, Chili and Stew Meat. The 50lb box can include Ribs. These boxes are ready to go once you place your order.

Packaging And Pickup

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup from the processor. All cuts will be vacuum-sealed and labeled. Our processors are conveniently located in the Central Texas area for easy pickup. Or contact us for other delivery options.

For the Beef Boxes, we are offering free home delivery in the Austin area for a limited time.
