Our family-owned and operated ranch has produced quality Angus and Angus-cross beef for nearly 20 years.
We raise our cattle with a sustainable approach. Our cattle are born and raised on the ranch and roam freely on more than 1,400 acres of Texas Hill Country, including over three miles of Cherokee Creek. This park-like setting provides natural grasses to graze within a stress-free environment.
Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished for 90-120 days, and our hay is raised on irrigated sections of the ranch for year-round feeding.
All cattle are raised and processed in the Central Texas area and are aged 14 days during processing to attain the best balance of tenderness and flavor.
We use only USDA and State inspected facilities to process our cattle and ensure a stress-free, humane processing environment for the highest-quality beef.

We sell our beef in 30lb boxes, 50lb boxes, or by the 1/4 or 1/2 beef.
Box purchases include a set poundage of products, while purchasing beef by the 1/4 or 1/2 beef allows a broader selection of cuts. Prices per pound include basic processing.
We offer free delivery within a specific distance from our ranch.
